Shipping & Fulfillment Info

Physical products ordered online will be available for in-store pickup only; no shipping is currently available. Most items (apart from preorders that are not yet released) can be picked up immediately after an order is processed. Ability to present an ID and/or the card used to make the purchase may be required to verify identity.

Digital products (such as tournament entries tickets) will come with their own instructions on how to redeem them.
